The Terms of Use as well as the sales contract arising from your purchase of of any Pandora products (hereafter referred to as “Pandora Products”) shall commence upon your commencement of use of the website and terminate upon your leaving the website or, if you make a purchase, upon the expiry of two (2) years from the date of purchase of Pandora Products. Provided that the rights and obligations of the parties to these Terms of Use arising under clauses 17 - 23 shall remain in force indefinitely or until such time as they are deemed to terminate under the Laws of Malta.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdition
The Terms of Use as well as the sale contract arising from your purchase of any Pandora products (hereafter referred to as “Pandora Products”) shall be the Laws of Malta. All disputes arising between you and us from the use of this website, as well as from the sales contract arising from your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
